Me thinks

I have very few science fiction till now as it is not a subject am too comfortable with. This is perhaps the third or the fourth collection of sci-fi short stories. And to be honest I thoroughly enjoyed this collection. I was skeptical when I began but at the end of it all I was grinning as if I had found a hidden treasure. What is so different about them you may ask. They are seemingly common and possible but when seen closely you notice their uniqueness.
Though a debut work, the writing is very crisp as is needed in writing science fiction and author does a splendid job there. The stories as the book progresses get deeper and deeper which is a very great sign of an author as he knows how to engross a reader till the last page. I like the grip that the author has on his readers when it comes to narration and that is what makes the book stand out till the last page.

For a debut this is commendable.  The author surely is promising with this book and raises the expectations from a reader for all the coming books post this one. Recommended for sci-fi lovers! There are a lot of surprises in store for you here, believe me.

Foodie Verdict

This book is like broccoli & potato stir fry - a melange of flavours leaving you wondering what you ate! (Read)
