Me thinks

Recently I have been battling loads of medical issues since past one year. When I saw this book in my recommendations list I somehow had the urge to read it. Not to forget two prominent people Deepak Chopra and Mallika Sarabhai had something to say about the book making it more alluring.

The author had divided the book into 10 chapters covering 10 most prominent illnesses that affect a woman. Then he has gone ahead and explained each illness in details, its symptoms, causes, preventions and finally the holistic approach to healing it.

Though there are few errors here and there in terms of grammar and spelling mistakes it surely can be given a miss if the book’s content is taking into consideration. It is a thoroughly information book a must have for every woman. I have come across such books before but they have rarely covered so exhaustively and made it so perfectly suited for an Indian woman.

Strongly recommended for each one of YOU out there !

Foodie Verdict
